Decided to re-scape my aquarium using real plants and other more natural components, so I figured since it's been about 6 months since I made the aquarium I'd post a video of how it looks now and how it's held up.

Thanks for posting the update on your background. I think 6 months is a good benchmark for the integrity of a cement background build. Any significant issues would have likely shown up already if there were any, but your background still looks awesome. Thanks for sharing!

Random fact. Aquariums make great room humidifiers for my acoustic guitars. Don't have to use a humidifier anymore.
